Ronald Resch, through his professional corporation, is a partner and one of the three founders of the firm. Ron brings more than 30 years of real estate experience to Resch Polster & Berger LLP.

Ron’s main area of expertise is in real estate related matters representing real estate syndicators, investors, developers, landlords and tenants, joint ventures, limited partnerships and brokers. With substantial entrepreneurial and corporate experience as well, Ron offers creative, sophisticated and practical solutions, together with new perspectives to real estate transactions, providing counseling and consulting services that allow clients to fully capitalize on their opportunities.

Ron believes that clients benefit from the highest quality legal work coupled with the judgment and experience necessary to assist them in making important decisions. He is adept at assisting clients in evaluating and balancing the risks and rewards of a particular course of action, especially in the real estate and business areas. Accordingly, Mr. Resch regularly assists clients in deciding whether or not to pursue a particular transaction or investment, and how to structure and finance the transaction in order to maximize the risk/reward ratio.

Ron’s broad experience also allows him to efficiently evaluate and comment on the quality and design of a real estate project.
