Ronald Resch, through his professional corporation, is a partner of and one of the three founders of Resch Polster & Berger LLP, and brings more than 30 years of real estate experience to the firm. With substantial entrepreneurial and corporate experience as well, Mr. Resch offers creative, sophisticated and practical solutions, together with new perspectives to real estate transactions, providing counseling and consulting services that allow clients to fully capitalize on their opportunities.

Mr. Resch believes that clients benefit from the highest quality legal work coupled with the judgment and experience necessary to assist them in making important decisions.  He is adept at assisting clients in evaluating and balancing the risks and rewards of a particular course of action, especially in the real estate and business areas.  Accordingly, Mr. Resch regularly assists clients in deciding whether or not to pursue a particular transaction or investment, and how to structure and finance the transaction in order to maximize the risk/reward ratio.  His broad experience also allows him to efficiently evaluate and comment on the quality and design of a real estate project.  His many long-term relationships with clients provide testament to his belief that good legal work in the formative stages of a transaction will help make that transaction more successful for the client.

Mr. Resch received his undergraduate education from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1966, and his Juris Doctor from California Western University in 1969, where he was a published member of the Law Review. Mr. Resch is a member of the Los Angeles County (Business and Corporation and Real Property Law Sections), Century City and the American Bar Associations, and is admitted to the Bars of the State of California and the District of Columbia.

Mr. Resch’s main area of expertise is in real estate related matters representing real estate syndicators, investors, developers, landlords and tenants, joint ventures, limited partnerships and brokers.
