Jeff Rabin, Nicolas Ramniceanu and David Gitman recently represented a client in a successful and complex real estate exchange with a with a major California City.  The exchange involved the transfer of a portion of the client’s 190-acre property in exchange for City-owned property, with the simultaneous modification of existing financing and obtaining of new mineral-resource financing on the client’s property.

Andrew V. Jablon and Robert W. Barnes recently defeated a false patent marking suit brought against a major toy company in the Western District of Pennsylvania.  RPB successfully argued that the Plaintiff lacked constitutional standing to prosecute a qui tam action against its client for allegedly marking certain toys with an expired patent.
